What we collect

Account email and a hashed password. Family members you add (name, date of birth, sex, blood type, color preference). Vaccination doses you log (vaccine, date, lot, manufacturer, site, provider, facility, notes) and any per-person calendar customization (regions, extras, opt-outs).

What we don't collect

We do not collect tracking identifiers, advertising IDs, location, or device fingerprints. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

QR share links

When you press "Generate share link" on a person, we create a short-lived public URL that anyone holding it can use to download two PDFs (Schedule progress, Chronological ledger). The link expires after 30 minutes. The token itself contains no personal info.

Storage

Data is stored in a Postgres database on infrastructure we operate. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sessions are HTTP-only cookies and expire after 30 days of inactivity.

Your rights

You can edit any record at any time. Deleting a family member cascades to their doses and calendar settings. Deleting your account (from Account settings) wipes everything you created.
